The overall aim of this programme is to develop a cadre of personnel with specialized competency in working with marginalised children irrespective of disability, disadvantage, and privilege through building right based perspectives.

Objectives of the PG Diploma in Inclusive Education:
  1. To gain a theoretical perspective on inclusive education and related contexts of disability and development.
  2. To learn and practice an eclectic approach to learning, through use of varied methodologies
  3. To develop context-specific intervention strategies for children with diverse learning needs, that promote equity and social justice in education
  4. To foster and encourage an attitude that is conducive to promote inclusion in diverse learning-teaching environments

CONFERENCE BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES:
Health and development are interrelated; it is important to study the direct linkages and various socio-economic determinants of health. It is evident from the empirical studies that systematic healthcare initiatives raised labour productivity; improve life expectancy and standard of living. The key goals of public health systems across democratic countries are to reduce population exposure to diseases, vector control, health education, assure food safety and provision of primary healthcare services.

The global conference aims to bring various stakeholders including generalists and specialists to debate and discuss policy issues relating to the public health infrastructure, evidence-based public health practice, emerging issues, and innovative approaches in reinventing health care service delivery and development. The conference will include research papers, case studies, policy briefs, systematic reviews, secondary case reviews, field observations, reviews of government programmes, project reports, and doctoral and post-doctoral research findings. In brief, each of the technical sessions broadly examines the changing needs for a sustainable public health infrastructure, impact of reforms in the healthcare sector and stakeholders’ participation in health service
delivery.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT:In order to encourage broad assortment of professionals within India to contribute to this conference we look forward to reimburse expenditure on travel (3 Tier AC train ticket) to those whose papers have been accepted (only selected candidates) for presentation and recommended by the screening committee.

Course Description:

Research Center for Training & Development (RCTD) offers a wide range of training and development opportunities for postgraduate researchers. RCTD is regularly conducting workshops since the last three years, to train the faculty, researchers in planning, conducting and publishing high quality research.

RCTD is organizing an international research workshop on "Developing a Researcher-The Entire Research Process" on 11-12 June, 2014 (Wednesday-Thursday) through High Definition Video Conferencing. The workshop is designed to train and polish faculty and researchers from critical thinking to the level of publishing research in their areas of interest. The program starts with an in-depth introduction to the critical thinking and planning required in the initial stages of a thesis or research project and paper. It moves on development of critical review of literature, research model, RQs, hypotheses and writing a research proposal. It is followed by selection of a suitable research method, hands on practice for conducting research, data collection & management, data analysis using SPSS and its interpretation, report writing and publishing papers in impact factor journals.

The researchers from Universities, Research Institutes, R&D Organizations and Social Sector Organizations can participate individually or institutional in their own auditorium/office/home from anywhere around the world.
