GANDHI JAYANTHI ESSAY COMPETITION
Objective:
It is quite sometime now since Anna Hazare started his anti corruption movement. Anna Hazare said on several occasions that he derives inspiration from Gandhian philosophy in launching the movement. While there are pledged supporters, there are also critics. The objective of the essay competition is to give an opportunity to the college students to introspect on the subject and express their thoughts on how Gandhiji would have viewed Anna Hazare’s anti corruption movement.
College students all over India can participate in the competition.
The essay should be of maximum 1500 words and can be written either in English, Tamil or Hindi.
Ten of the best essays will be selected for award.
Last date for submission of essay is 30th August,2012.

In the context of the forthcoming Gandhi Jayanthi day on 2ndOctober , 2012, Nandini Voice for the Deprived, a Chennai based NGO is organizing an All India essay competition for college students on “How Gandhiji would have viewed Anna Hazare’s Anti corruption Movement?”
