Applications in the prescribed forms (in EIGHT sets) are invited from qualified candidates of Indian nationality for the post of ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN in the Karnatak University/Library/Constituent Colleges/Post Graduate Centres:
A set of eight prescribed application forms can be obtained from the Director, Prasaranga, Karnatak University, Dharwad – 580 003 in person on presentation of challan for having remitted Rs. 400/- in the State Bank of India/Syndicate Bank, K.U. Campus, Dharwad or by post duly sending a self addressed stamped envelope (28x12 cm’s) duly affixing Rs.50/- postal stamps along with a crossed Demand Draft for Rs.400/- drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Karnatak University, Dharwad-580 003 payable at K.U. Campus, Dharwad or by
downloading from University website www.kud.ac.in in which case the prescribed application fees of Rs.400/- will be payable through DD in favour of Finance Officer, Karnatak University, Dharwad-03.
The filled in applications (duly affixing a passport size photograph at the right side corner of the application) together with necessary documents and a crossed DD for Rs.600/- (Rs.300/- for SC/ST and Cat-I candidates) as processing fees drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Karnatak University, Dharwad should reach the Registrar, Karnatak University, Dharwad-580 003 on or before 23.07.2014 by Registered Post A.D. Candidates may also submit their application in person in the Inward Section of the University and obtain acknowledgement.
Note: Candidates who have applied for the post in response to earlier Notification No. KU/DPAR/T/2009/117 Dated. 23.03.2010 will have to apply afresh.
