The Department of Management Studies, Kongu Engineering College, Perundurai – 638 060, Erode Dt., Tamil Nadu, is proudly presents the Version 3 of "National Level Workshop on Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and Scale Development”  from 26^th to 30^th  June 2018.

This Workshop will throw light on scale development process with application of SPSS and AMOS for Factor Analysis and contemporary factor analysis. Further, this workshop will focus on application of Model Building, Mediation, Moderation, Direct and Indirect relationships among the constructs. At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to comprehend the technical aspects of scale development and structural equation modelling.

 

Who can participate?: Academicians / Research Scholars in the areas of Management, Commerce, Economics and other Social Sciences / PG Students / Professional or Practicing Engineers and Managers are invited to participate in this Workshop.

Kindly confirm your registration on or before 15^th June 2018. The number of participants is limited to 30 and the selection will be on First Come First Serve basis.
