About: IIM Kozhikode is proud to organize the second Pan IIM World management Conference 2014 following the huge success of Goa conference in May 2013. The conference will bring together experts from academia, industry, policy, social sector and student researchers. Pan IIM World Management Conference is a milestone in reinventing management education to generate more socially sensitive leaders and redefine the corporate culture. 

Call for Papers: Papers are invited for the Second Pan IIM World Management Conference under various research areas; the main theme of the conference is Globalizing Indian Thought. This encompasses the influencing of international perspectives through insights found in Indian realities as well as enhancing Indian thought leadership through engagement with international best practices.
